About the Author
Ellen Postolowski is from Mahwah, NJ. She is the daughter of Frank and Susan Postolowski, and she has five siblings. Her interest in food began at an early age while standing at her mother’s side.Ellen’s love for the diversity of food and her desire to look and feel her best have motivated her to create delicious as well as nutritious meals and snacks.

| This would be the first time I have EVER written a review for something I have enjoyed owning. I heard about this book from a friend of mine who suggested to me that I would enjoy some of the amazing recipes in this book. Who knew that all of them were of interest. I am not much of a cooker, but I tried a few out myself and was impressed how healthy and easy the meals were to make. I highly recommend this book to many and may I suggest checking out the website. The author is kind enough to post her latest and greatest ideas and cooking recipes. (Recent print out was the enchiladas…and WOW….they taste so great and are easy to do) Hopefully the author wont mind that I am spreading the recipes around for my friends to try. Thank you. |

As a busy mom, I am constantly struggling with healthy food options that are both practical and taste good. Chef Ellen delivers! Each recipe I’ve tried from the book just keeps getting better and better! I also appreciate her honest advice. Definitely, a great buy!

Chef Ellen’s personal experience with food and how easy it was to avoid the daily pit-falls we all fall into because we do not have the time.

I’m not much of a cook, but I don’t mind following a recipe…..Ellen’s book made it easier for me to provide healthy choices since i can’t avoid cooking entirely! “It’s Just Personal” has been helpful and tasty! Hoping she will write more books!
