Mise en place (pronounced meez ahn plas) is a beautiful French cooking term that translates to “put in place.” The purpose of mise en place is to allow the chef to cook most efficiently without stopping.

If you desire more healthful skills in and about your kitchen and have trouble coordinating prep and the outcome, The Kitchen Overhaul and No-Stress at the Supermarket, in addition to cooking lessons, are highly recommended.

Payment and Cancellation Policies:
Payment is accepted via credit card, Venmo, or PayPal. Scheduled sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $40.
