The Maintenance Program

The Maintenance Program is a three-week supplementary way to further your journey and includes the following:

• Additional maintenance recipes
• Guidance to further foundational support
• Root cause awareness
• Progress review and adjustments
• 2-30-minute* progress meetings
• Email/text support

*Extra time will be available if further guidance is needed (optional). Sessions beyond the 30-minute allotment will be billed at an hourly rate of $125/hr.

Payment and Cancellation Policies:
Payment is accepted via credit card, Venmo, or PayPal. Scheduled sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $40.
