Vegan Parmesan

This is a simple plant-based alternative to sprinkle on all your favorite dishes. I recommend sprinkling the delicious flavors as a garnish after cooking for maximum flavor.

½ Cup almond meal (not almond flour) Make your own by pulsing raw almonds in a food
processor on high until you achieve a fine meal
2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons hemp hearts
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon dried parsley
A pinch of ground pepper
