½cupplain coconut or plant-based yogurt Juice of one lemon
1teaspoonchopped basil
1teaspoonchopped mint
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, add avocado, yogurt, lemon, and herbs. Mix well to incorporate all ingredients. The mixture will be creamy but somewhat lumpy. Add salt and pepper to taste.
